1:41 am	So, what did you do tonight? \O/ Not only is President Elect Obama (get used to that phrase, humans!) on the road to the White House, our Governor here in WA blew her despicable Republican opponent out of the water. After weeks and weeks of working our asses off to help get her re-elected ... well, we WIN AT LIFE!!!! People . . . there was dancing in the streets tonight. It was a total feeling of revolution. 12:36 am	Soap Opera Love, baby So, thanks to url_girl's ATWT updates, I went and got caught up on Luke/Noah. (If you don't know, go here and watch! Gay teenage soap opera love!) I lost track of them at least six months ago, and am extremely vexed, though not so surprised, to learn that they STILL HAVE NOT HAD SEX. O_O Here we have the only pair of teenage boys in the history of the universe who have been together for a year without doing it. I swear. If you've known any teenage gay boys, you know I'm right on this one. 11:18 pm	Fanfic Theater Fanfic Theater Presents: Screw This Stupid Country Being raised by Craig Taylor made him see how society felt about gay people [...] He knew for a fact that his father had let one of his employees go after finding out he was gay. Granted, he didn't use that reason while he fired the man. Gay people had a few more rights than that. -Healing the Heart by Meredeth Ha ha ha ha no we don't. There is NO federal law saying you can't discriminate against gay (or lesbian or bisexual or transgender) people. And Pennsylvania doesn't have a state law about it either. So Craig Taylor could walk down the hallway going "You, queer, you're fired!" and be perfectly safe and legal. Fucking fucked up country. But take my word for it, this is badfic. Only, it's so boldly bad, so deliciously bad, so intriguingly bad, that it really does almost circle around to good again! The year is 1770. Brian is a landowner-gentry type person who rescues (and purchases) poor abused slaveboy!Justin. Will Justin overcome his shadowy past? Will Brian be hanged for sodomy? Can two 18th-century gay boys ever find a way to make a life together? Adventures, angst, and boddice-ripper-worthy dialog make this story just plain delightful. DeAnna Zankich Dirty Dance // 2700 Words // NC-17 This is one of my favorite season 1 PWP's (Porn Without Plot). Justin gives Brian a lapdance at Babylon in front of Emmett, Michael, and Ted. Then there was a long debate over who should get honor camper, which basically was a sportsmanship award, but Brian didn’t feel he knew anyone who was even in the running for honor camper, so he didn’t contribute to that discussion. *Most improved cocksucker,* he thought. *Justin. Bravest camper.
